Scope and Content This 13-page report describes the findings from an archaeological investigation undertaken at Normandykes Roman Camp, near Peterculter, Aberdeenshire in June 2006. The investigation was carried out by John Lewis and Robin Murdoch of Scotia Archaeology because of damage caused by timber extraction in very wet conditions early in 2006, causing deep ruts in the west side of the fort. Features noted included five or six post-pits, a kiln, and a number of hearths. Report to James Jones & Sons Limited
