Scope and Content Report containing 24 sheets (46 numbered pages) in plastic spiral binder. Following a Written Scheme of Investigation (ORCA, 2012) an evaluation and watching brief was carried out since the site was located within the Heart of Neolithic Orkney World Heritage Site. Significant archaeology is present in the area adjacent to the Ness of Brodgar, but it would not be disturbed by these groundworks. Four distinct concentrations of archaeological features and Neolithic activity were uncovered, and four test pits, were recorded, sealed, and left in situ.
