Scope and Content See MS1030/12 page 115. Inscription on stone: 'In affectionate regard. To the memory of Elizabeth Burns spouse to John Bishop Polkemmet who died Jan 8th 1817 aged 32 years and of his daughter Mary Lyon who died 26 April 1817 aged 1 year & 11 Months. John Bishop died 20 June 1857 aged 75 years'.
