Scope and Content This is a scanned copy of one of the three volumes of the RCAHMS Emergency Survey of 1942-3. It contains handwritten notes and plans by Angus Graham, then the Secretary of RCAHMS, and Gordon Childe, one of the Commissioners, and covers the surveys undertaken in the counties of Ross and Cromarty, Inverness, Moray and Nairn. The typescripts for the survey also exist and are catalogued separately.
