Description Interior. Rough Out Shed. Ground floor. Rough Out machine (disused since 1980s), installed by Andrew Barclay (Kilmarnock) c.1959. Machine set up to show block in place and roughed out block on machine in foreground. Mr Jmes Wyllie, owner, demonstrates the machine showing how the cutting tool would be brought across the face of the bock to be cut.
