Scope and Content The top left rubbing was taken from the back of Kirriemuir cross slab no.3. The rubbing shows a horse and rider bearing a round shield, spear, and sword. Above there are the legs and head of another horse; in front there is a dog, and behind interlace work. A square key pattern borders the panel.
