Scope and Content Three-storeyed mid- to late 19th century tenement. Full-height curved bay window to left with decorative cast-iron mullions to all storeys, and decorative arched timber canopy above central doorway. Set back from roadway behind low coped boundary wall with square gate-piers to left. The use of decorative cast-iron and timber is a common feature throughout Rothesay's townscape, of which this is a rare example within the Ardbeg Area of Townscape Character.
