Scope and Content Symbol stone known as Aberlemno 3 at Aberlemno, Angus Aberlemno 3 stands at the side of the road but it may be moved to help preserve it. It is carved on both sides with a relief cross on the W face and symbols on the E. This is the W face. The ring-headed cross is decorated with interlace. The arms are formed by raised rectangles with bosses in the corners. The centre is covered by a fifth boss. The shaft is flanked by a pair of angels, interlace and animals.
