A shieling-hut is situated on the grass-covered haughland to the N of the Geldie burn about 15m from the track; it measures 7m from WNW-ESE by 2.65m within rubble-faced walls 0.8m in thickness and 0.3m in height with an entrance in the S side and an outshot on the N.
