All that remains of Kelty Gasworks are spreads of rubble, and traces of a few concrete plinths, and other structures. The 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map, (Fifeshire, 1896, sheet xxxiv NE), depicts a brickworks at this site, which had a working life of some 24 years closing before 1920: the site had been cleared by 1920.
