During May 1999, RCAHMS conducted a photographic survey of the White Bridge, over the Carron Water. The purpose of this survey was to enhance and augment the existing holdings of the National Monuments Record Scotland.

White Bridge, Stonehaven carries a footpath across the Carron Water, which here defines the boundary between the parishes of Fetteresso (to the N) and Dunnottar (to the S).
