On slight shelf of SW-facing slope, cropmarks of a possible hut circle or possible windmill base. (Presumably the circular enclosure referred to by RCAHMS.)

Field Visit (March 1982)
Cluseburn 2 NO 818 762 NO87NW
In rough ground 135m ESE of Cluseburn farmhouse there is a low stony mound which may be the remains of a cairn; it is irregular on plan and measures about 4.5m across. Situated 14m to the N there is a circular enclosure measuring about 10m in diameter within a stony bank now spread to a thickness of about 3.5m and only 0.4m high.
