Mill of Foveran Farmhouse, (?)1609 at north-west skew. Formerly girnal; intriguing, long and substantial. Original openings, where surviving, were in sandstone, chamfered and barred; saltires in skewputs. The mid-19th century

remodelling added dormers, a central door with steps and curious consoled 'cornice' which is in fact a gutter.
