A Late Bronze Age sword found near Schivas House (NJ 896 367), Aberdeenshire, is in the National Museum of Antiquities of Scotland [NMAS] (Accession No: DL 24).

Tochter 1910; Visited by OS (AA) 8 March 1973.

(Ewart Park type - Northern step 2). Sword, L. 45.00 cm; Term.w. 4.07cm; Sh.w. 4.78cm; M.b.w. 3.20cm; black patina. Blade has been filed/worn to a smooth rounded section, probably in antiquity; rivets 3:2, none in situ. Edinburgh, NMA (DL 24, Irvine Collection).
