Single road engine shed situated about 177m NNW of the old station. Single road, stone built with a pitched slated roof and wooden doors. Opened in 1856 it was closed in 1955 now demolished and site occupied by a surpemarket.

Locomotive turntable at NT 25141 40917, now filled in and built over.

Depicted on all the historical the OS 25-inch maps for Peeblesshire.
