The old manse of Tyninghame parish, which was united to Whitekirk in 1740, stood on a rising ground a few yards W of Tyninghame House. Its doorway, dated 1666, is built into the wall of the present garden. (For doorway, see NT67NW 3.2.)

Sited to NT 6182 7981 from the above information. No trace of the old manse exists and no information could be obtained at Haddington Estate Office.
