Scope and Content The collection comprises photographic copies of drawings at Hawick Museum, Scottish Borders, including: designs for Teviot Mills; Weensland Mills; Waverley Mills; feuing plan for Kirkhill; designs for the Buccleuch Memorial, Hawick; Langland Mills and Hawick slaughter house, mid 19th Century-20th Century. NMRS Jubilee Guide, 1991. NMRS photographic survey of a small collection of office drawings. Projects are primarily for alterations work in the Hawick area and include premises for the Hawick Cooperative Society, 1896 and the addition of a hall to St Andrew's United Free Church, Hawick, 1911. Also includes a few plans by J P Alison & Hobkirk from the 1930s-1950s.

Archive History Survey of drawings held in Hawick Museum and copied by RCAHMS in 1975. Previously catalogued as Collections 262/215 and 262/712.
