Centred NY 3530 8687. These unimposing platforms appear to be of relatively late date and are generally as described. They do not impinge on the nearby settlement, and there is no physical evidence that its area has been untilized. The NW quadrant 'enclosure' is not anomalous as a constructional phase of the settlement.

Milnholm Cottages 1 NY 353 868 NY38NE 12
Immediately upslope from the settlement NY38NE 12 there is a group of four platform buildings measuring between 10.5m and 8.8m in length and 2.9m and 3.7m in width internally. A fifth platform (17m by 4.2m), constructed parallel to the contour, carries no remains of a building.

To the rear of the settlement NY38NE 12.01, there are the remains of at least three platform-buildings and a series of scarps and terraces, which probably indicate the stances of several other buildings; collectively these probably indicate several phases of activity. The best preserved of the platform-buildings measures 12m by 5.3m over grass-grown stone wall-footings.
