In an open wooden shelter situated immediately E of the post-and-wire fence on the WSW edge of the garden of Kirkdale House, there are two medieval crosses (NX 55 SW 32), six cup-and-ring marked stones (NX 55 SW 17, 18, 19, 20, 34, 35, 36) and an architectural fragment. The crosses and cup-and-ring marked stones are described under their respective find spots. The architectural fragment comprises the top right hand corner of what may have been an armorial panel or marriage stone, it and bears the letters C M.
