On gently sloping ground is the site of a circular enclosure, visible on AP's (RAF/106G/Scot/UK 89: 4105-6). It probably measures internally 20m between what appears to be a bank and outer ditch. There is an entrance in the SSW and possibly another in the NNE. Also visible on AP's are probable field boundaries, one of which adjoins the enclosure. Nothing is visible on the ground.

Cropmarks on a vertical air photograph have revealed what is probably the ditch of a circular enclosure 360m SE of Garrochtrie farmhouse. The enclosure measures about 25m in diameter within its ditch and there is a possible entrance on the SSW. At the date of visit the site was under pasture and nothing was visible.
