The Headquaters Building for the port operations which is situated just E of the main road (A77) to the E of Cairnryan Port.

The former H.Q. building has been demolished and the area has been levelled. An Air Raid Shelter survives.
The building is visible on vertical air photographs (106G/Scot/UK 987, 3136-3137, flown 9 November 1945), which shows that it E-shaped within the ground of Lochryan House (NX06NE 17.00) with a small group of at least seven Nissen huts situated immediately to the S.
