NT52SE 12 unlocated.

Found in the parish of Minto:-

A Silver hoop ring of massive dimensions bearing the inscription IHESUS NA terminated by a cross, each letter being contained in a square compartment, possibly signifying Jesus of Nazareth and possibly the ornament of some monk or priest.

An ancient seal in the form of a circular plate of copper 1 1/2" diameter on which is cut a rude representation of the Paschal Lamb. Round the margin the legend S ADEN PASTOREL, probably monastic of 12thc.
