This buildings was formerly situated on the N quay of Edinburgh Dock (NT27NE 57.05), which it presumably served. It is depicted (but not noted) on the 1969 edition of the OS 1:1250 map, but has presumably been demolished, being omitted from the current edition of the OS (GIS) AIB.
