Archaeology Notes

NT18SW 213.21 c.1054 8231

Railway passenger station with island platform and footbridge. The footbridge at the W end of the platforms connected the station to Barham Raod. The station was mainly used to transport dockyard workers to the site with occasional railway excursions being run for 'Navy Days'.
