[This bridge, some 350m SSW of Myre farm, carries a track over the Union Canal (built 1818-22, designer Hugh Baird). A typical bridge is described on NS97NW 61.02, q.v.]

Just to the NW of this bridge is the second/third staging post marker.

This bridge is visible between fields on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Linlithgowshire 1856, sheet 6), and taking a track over the canal on the 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map (Linlithgowshire 1898, sheet 6NE), on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map and on the OS 1:10000 raster map (ND).
