[This bridge carries a track over the Union Canal (built 1818-22, designer Hugh Baird), some 200m WNW of Cockmuir. A typical bridge is described on NS97NW 61.02, q.v.]

This bridge, which is larger than Bridge 36 (NT07NE 57.03), is overgrown and abandoned.

This bridge is clearly visible carrying a path or track over the canal on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Linlithgowshire 1856, sheet 6), on the 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map (Linlithgowshire 1897, sheet 6NW), on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (where it is clearly marked as a track) and on the OS 1:10000 raster map (ND).
