(Location: NS c. 44780 73600). Bowling Harbour ship graveyard, no. 16. The substantially intact remains of a motor fishing vessel survive about 20m W of the knuckle [NS 44798 73602] that is depicted on the 1967 edition of the OS 1:2500 map. The vessel lies roughly E-W (the bow being to the W) and is heeled markedly to port (towards the centre of the harbour). She is of carvel construction and measures about 50ft [15.2m] in length, with a rounded stern. The interior is not visible but the wheelhouse and much of the decking has been removed. The rudder remains in place, but not, apparently the propeller.

This vessel is exposed at High Water.

Visited by RCAHMS (RJCM), 26 March 2006.
