A complex of two- and three-storey, red-brick and red-and-white-brick buildings dominated by a six-storey tower. The street frontage consists of two 3-storey blocks, one 5-bay, with a stone-faced ground floor and red- and-white-brick upper floors, and the other 4-bay. Now largely disused.
