NS 3226 4186. An aerial photograph (J Dewar AY 3548, flown 1975) shows the indistinct cropmark of a circular enclosure, some 15 to 18m in diameter over a ditch up to 2 m wide. No internal detail or entrance is visible. Other vague markings in this field appear to be of natural origin.

There is no surface trace of this enclosure on the rounded and pasture top of Belvidere Hill at c.24m OD. Nothing is shown at this point on OS 6" 1857 (see 1:2500 sketch survey.)
