For (predecessor) Dalry. Old Parish Church (NS c. 28 48), see NS24NE 11.

(NS 29150 49430) A single church was built in 1600-8 to replace the two churches previously existing in Dalry parish (NS24NE 11 and NS24NE 6 or NS34NW 2). In 1771 a new church was built. It was repaired in 1821 and rebuilt 1871-3; it is dedicated to St Margaret.

No trace of the earlier buildings remains (information from Rev R Kirkland, Dalry).
