Fraserburgh, Nov. 12, STRATHBEG. Intelligence arrived here today that the STRATHBEG (s), of this port, from Campbeltown for Lossiemouth, dragged her anchors last night and drifted on to the island of Onsay.

Stornoway, Dec. 30, LADY EVA - STRATHBEG. The steam yacht LADY EVA, sunk at Applecross, and steamer STRATHBEG, of Fraserburgh, sunk at Isle Ornsay, have been both raised and sent to the Clyde for repairs.

The location, map sheet and quasi-administrative area assigned to this record are arbitrary, and the equation of 'Isle Ornsay' or the 'island of Onsay' with Oronsay remains unverified. Alternative equations with Colonsay or Stronsay may be considered.
