(NR 390 627) A group of five rectangular ruins of similar construction and probably age. They range in size from 4m by 4m to 19m by 4.5m. The walls which are bonded by lime-mortar stand up to 2.5m high. An unusually well preserved lime kiln 2m in diameter and 1.6m deep lies 130m S of the group, beside a burn. Another less well-defined example is about 40m NW of the group. Associated enclosures and banking are in the vicinity.

A township comprising three unroofed buildings, one of which is a long building of three compartments, one unroofed structure, one enclosure and some field walls is depicted on the OS 1st edition 6-inch map (Argyllshire 1881, sheet ccix). Four unroofed buildings, three enclosures, a disused kiln and some field walls are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1981).
