A cross-slab of Early Christian date, now in the National Museum of Antiquities of Scotland (NMAS, Accession no: IB 174), found in the burial ground in 1876, is believed to have come from the N wall of the church.

The weathered remains of a Class 3 cross-slab measuring 0.19m x 0.29m x 0.01m. It bears the head of a cross with circular insets at each angle. The left and top arms are complete while the other two are almost destroyed. In the Royal Museum of Scotland (RMS, formerly the NMAS) Accession no. IB 174.
