This report on the standing building survey of Park House, 120 Westburn Road, Aberdeen was commissioned by Mike Grattidge, Portico Design on behalf of CLAN, Cancer Link Aberdeen and North. The work relates to Aberdeen City Council planning application reference P100578. The house is situated on the north side of Westburn Road on the west side of its junction with Cornhill Road. It is bounded on the north and west sides by Westburn Park. The site is located at NJ 92770 06913, 120 Westburn Road, Aberdeen, AB25 2DF in Aberdeen Parish.
