NO75NW 32 714 577

An extended inhumation in a cist directly below the old bell-tower of the [old] parish church [NO75NW 4.00]. 4 pots accompanied the burial and one of them is supposed to be in the Montrose Museum and another in the National Museum of Antiquities of Scotland (NMAS Accession no. EH 4).

Visited by RCAHMS (SH), 25 June 1978.
