NO44NE 26 centred 4714 4621

For folly ('Temple') within the area of rig, see NO44NE 17.03.

(Name cited as Hill of Lour and location as NO 4714 4621). Air photography (AAS/02/01/CT63-5, 67, flown 13 February 2002) under conditions of low light has recorded a large area of rig on a gentle slope at an altitude of 210m OD. Some areas are 'denuded' but there is a 'better preserved' area around around NO 469 461.
