At NN 7855 5853, in a semi-defensive position on the highest point of a low ridge called 'Tom an t-Sasunnaich' is an unusual oval homestead, similar to NN75NE 9.
Reduced to its foundation, it measures 19.1m E-W by 15.5m N-S overall, with the wall 2.7m thick in the W decreasing to 2.5m at the entrance in the E. The entrance passage is 1.3m wide at its outer end, increasing to 1.6m at the inner end. The outer wall face of large blocks is visible intermittently around the whole periphery, but the inner face of similar blocks is only visible in the W and to the N of the entrance.
