Archaeology Notes

NN49NE 4.03 4510 9643.

The road deviates round the remains of this single span stone bridge, which is in a poor state of repair. There are few surviving traces of the original bridge, which may well have been an original military construction. A wooden platform, now rotting, has been constructed on top of later abutments, below which the remains of earlier abutments are visible.

M Logie (Highland Council) 1997; NMRS MS 1007/4.
