'The medieval road system from the ferry across Loch Etive to the ferry across Loch Awe can still be traced through the Muckairn woods. A well-constructed branch of this road which follows the SW side of the (River) Nant crosses and damages some of the platforms (described on NN02NW 7) and deviates round others.'
