Nothing would appear to survive of the technical site for the airfield, which was situated at the SE end of the E runway. The group of huts and buildings are visible on vertical air photographs taken in 1947 (CPE/Scot/UK 247, frames 4028-4029, flown 31 July 1947). At least 39 huts, mainly of the Nissen type are visible on the photographs.
The site has now been built on by modern housing and the street is annotated 'Lora View' on the current OS digital maps.
