The roofless ruin of an unfinished Roman Catholic chapel built, according to Collins (OS Reviser 1955), by Thomas Fraser, Lord Lovat. Thomas Alexander Fraser, the 10th of Strichen and 14th Lord Lovat, inherited the Lovat estates in 1837 and died in 1875.

Name Book 1870; A Mackenzie 1896.

The ruins of a 19th century chapel as described above. Not an antiquity.
