(Formerly also entered as NJ90SE 82). Nothing is visible of Tullos House, which stood on land now occupied by a modern industrial estate. The house is depicted roofed on both the 1st and 2nd editions of the OS 6-inch map (Kincardineshire, 1869, sheet iv and 1904, sheet vii.NE).
A single photograph of the house taken in 1955 is held in the NMRS (AB/26766, frame 9).

Watching Brief (12 May 2009)
NJ 9500 0372 A watching brief was maintained on 12 May 2009 on an extension to Ullevi House. Although Tullos Hill, an area rich in archaeological remains from as early as the Bronze Age, lies to the E and SE, no archaeological features or finds were evident.
