(Location cited as NJ 951 061). Flour mill, Waterloo Quay and Lime Street. Mid 19th century. The main block is a handsome 5-storey building with a 7-bay ashlar frontage and a 9-bay pinned-rubble side elevation. At the rear is a 4-storey, 3-bay brick extension. Opposite is a 3-storey, 7-bay ashlar building with segmental-arched cart entries. Both blocks have pilasters between the bays. Now offices.

Built from ashlar granite this fine seven-bay block faces onto Waterloo Quay. It is linked, by an overhead covered passage (over Lime Street), to the adjacent block.
Described on OS 1:2500 Map sheet NJ9506, 1955, as a 'Cereal Factory'.
During October 2000, RCAHMS conducted a photographic survey of existing warehousing along Waterloo Quay. The purpose of this survey was to enhance and augment the existing holdings of the National Monuments Record Scotland.
