The Peatyards, Haddo House Hall, 1993, Douglas T Forrest Architects (partner in charge, Leslie F Hunter). New
rehearsal rooms and bar in cunning metal-and-glass roof pavilion above extensive storage and workshop areas contained within massive granite plinth, which also supports a terrace for guests: refreshingly direct yet ageless.
