NJ82NW 59 8027 2571, 8024 2578 and 8030 2568

Four flints and a piece of amber have been found during fieldwalking in cattle scrapes in and around the fort NJ82NW 4; they have been retained by the finder (Bill Howard, Old Schooolhouse, Kirkton of Bourtie).

A leaf-shaped flint arrowhead, a burnt and worked flint end-scraper, a possible flint awl and a flint scraper were found between December 1994 and March 1995 at NJ 8027 2571, 8024 2578, 8027 2571 and 8030 2568 respectively.
