Udny Castle Lodge, c.1875, Wardrop & Anderson, lurking behind elaborate late 17th-/early 18th-century gatepiers, rusticated with console-crowns, the lodge is all angles - particularly in the heavy bargeboarded eaves which follow the asymmetric front and the narrow gable. Good, strong double chimney in centre of roof.
