Nothing is visible of this farmstead, which stood immediately E of Dunnydeer farmsteading (NJ62NW 69), in what is now an area of overgrown woodland used as a farm dump. On the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Aberdeenshire, 1870, sheet xliv) the steading comprised two buildings. One was an L-plan range with its open side facing NE, while the other, which stood immediately N, was aligned E and W. It is likely that both buildings were removed before the end of the 19th century, and neither is shown on the 2nd edition of the map (1901, sheet xliv.NW).
