(Location cited as NJ 110 687). Burghead Station. Opened 1893 by the Highland Railway. A single-platform though station, with a 1-storey wooden building with an awning supported on cast-iron columns.

This intermediate station was opened on 10 October 1892 to supercede the old station (NJ16NW 57) on the extension of the line from Burghead to Hopeman. It was closed to regular passenger traffic on 14 September 1931.
