Quarry and structure.
A concrete plinth, very unstable and undermined on top of quarry face, roughly square. Stone and mortar plinth concrete top 3m by 4m, slightly conical 2.5m by 3m at top, 3m high. Probably made in 1941, good condition. Possibly 100m from sea.
