Peter's Bridge [NAT]

OS 1:10,000 map, 1992.

This bridge carries Tulloch Street (which here forms the A862 public road) over the River Peffery within the SW side of the town of Dingwall (NH55NE 22). It may have formed the upper limit of the Dingwall Canal (NH55NE 24.00).

The location assigned to this record defines the midpoint of the structure. The available map evidence suggests that it extends from NH c. 54931 59098 to NH c. 54933 59081.

Information from RCAHMS (RJCM), 5 April 2006.
